About Hiral Rughani

I am a compassionate Registered Dietitian (RD) and a Breastfeeding Specialist, with over 10 years of experience nurturing the nutritional well-being of neonates and infants. I also hold certifications as a board-certified nutrition support clinician (CNSC) and in maternal and fertility nutrition, and I’m in the process of obtaining my IBCLC certification. My passion lies in translating complex nutrition science into meaningful, actionable advice for my clients. I focus on optimizing nutrition during the critical first 1,000 days of life - from conception to the child’s second birthday - guiding you through this crucial period to help your child grow and thrive while laying a strong foundation for lifelong health. I believe that every caregiver deserves easy-to- implement, evidence-based strategies tailored to their unique needs. Fluent in English, Gujarati, and Hindi, I celebrate the richness of diverse cultures and strive to create genuine connections with families. With a Master of Science in Dietetics and Nutrition from Florida International University and decade of experience in post-NICU rehabilitation for special needs children, I blend my expertise with a deep sense of empathy. As a mother of two, I understand the joy and challenges of parenting, and am passionate about empowering you to nurture your family's health with confidence and love.
