I arrived only to be told my appointment had been cancelled, which I found out by their main office was an absolute lie. I’m very disabled so it was more than a mild inconvenience. Office staff, particularly the young immature girl talking to 2 other coworkers was laughing looking at me. She had long dark brown hair wavy, tons of make up. While her appearance is not an issue of course, I will describe her due to her behavior. Constantly looking at me laughing to her coworker is EXCEPTIONALLY rude. The good doc decided she needed a vacation, not a problem. But the Secretary swore up and down I was called and appointment was cancelled. It was not. I’ve been gaslighted by doctors and I won’t tolerate that, but being gaslighted by incompetent staff? Never. This gives me very little respect to the doctor for these are the staff members she tolerates? I found this Dr by Zoc Doc, had to cancel. My friend recommended this doc so I rescheduled. I will not be back after what happened yesterday.

My 98 year old mother recently moved in with my husband and I here in NY, so we needed to find a new primary care doctor who specialized in geriatric medicine. We were so impressed with Dr. Gonzalez and her staff. Very helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, as well as professional. Dr. Gonzalez was so attentive to my mother's needs and concerns and made it clear that she would advocate/treat my mother in whatever way she could. She was also able to help us with any specialists she felt my mother should see. My mother really felt comfortable and at ease during her visit with the doctor which is so important in helping someone get through their elderly years. We are thrilled to have Dr. Gonzalez on her team

The doctor was extremely kind and was very polite, one of the best experiences I've had with a doctor. The front desk and medical assistant were also kind and patient with me. Blood is done in the office as well which is super convenient! Would highly recommend Dr. Gonzalez and the office to anyone seeking a new PCP!
