She experienced first-hand how challenging and expensive it can be to seek care for her injured son at a freestanding emergency room. Our story is for everyone. As soon as I walked in the door, I was greeted by a friendly tech, young man at the front desk. I booked an appointment online and he was able to see the information. He then sent a link to my phone to complete my new patient information and less than minutes later called me into a room. The next tech came in to take med history. A few minutes later the medical provider was in the room. She asked about symptoms and had diagnosis in no time. Just a great staff from beginning to end.
All three on staff, that I saw that day were awesome!! Couldn't ask for a better team!! Thank you to all of them for being so professional!!

I booked an appointment online and surprisingly got an appt in 1 1/2 hour. The provider who was a PA was very efficient courteous and professional. The medical assistant and receptionist were very courteous and eager to assist. Great location with plenty of parking in Alamo Hts. I would definitely recommend this facility.

My contact with each of the three people I came in contact with was professional and efficient, I had made a prior appointment before going.
I was tested for covid, strep throat, and flu. All three tests were negative.
I realized after returning home I should have asked questions about what my systems might indicate. I will always use this

It’s a great place to go when you need care right away! I couldn’t get in to my PCP for at least 2 weeks ugh! This was my 2nd time here and was the same care as the 1rst. time! I would recommend going here, but you have to go online to pick what time you want which is nice!
