I had an amazing experience at this urgent care. From the moment I walked in, the staff was kind, professional, and genuinely caring. The check-in process was quick, the wait time was minimal, and the provider took the time to really listen and explain everything clearly. I never felt rushed or dismissed. The staff was very friendly and knew that I had scheduled an appointment. I only had to wait like 5 minutes to finish my registration and I was already called back into a room. I was seen by the Dr. in less than 20 minutes and explained my symptoms and was tested and treated immediately. It was soo quick I recommend it to anyone. The hospital takes forever to get seen and they don’t give you the treatment you need right away or overlook your symptoms and tell you that you are fine when you are NOT.
