She experienced first-hand how challenging and expensive it can be to seek care for her injured son at a freestanding emergency room. Our story is for everyone. I love that they acknowledge you immediately when you walk in the door even though you have two people in front of you. You feel seen and cared about with that simple action. I loved the upbeat attitude of the check in person, he was a rock star! The nurse that checked my vitals was as sweet as could be, soft spoken, gentle, and caring, it was obvious it was more than just a job to her, and the Doc or NP was excellent. good listener, great attention to detail and as friendly as the rest. My first care experience anywhere where every level of the experience was a 10. I highly recommend Bee Cave NXT LVL care!

I booked the appointment online. Received confirmation shortly after. When I arrived I was asked to fill out some forms on iPad. I asked the front desk person to please wipe the screen clean. My hands have small cuts and I did not want any germs invading the open cuts. She gladly cleaned it for me. All the staff was super friendly and knowledgeable. She explained to me what they were going to test me for. She went over the results in details. I went to Victory Medical a few months ago, worst urgent care I have ever received. I Highly recommend Next Level Urgent Care over them any day!

I've been to this clinic twice now and received excellent care each time. What really stood out on my second visit was that the nurse practitioner remembered me. He was genuinely caring, attentive, and provided thorough medical care. He diagnosed my issue carefully, prescribed the right medication, and offered clear advice on what to do if things got worse. I'll definitely be returning and would highly recommend this clinic to anyone in need of care.
