She experienced first-hand how challenging and expensive it can be to seek care for her injured son at a freestanding emergency room. Our story is for everyone. Excellent care by medical staff and helpful in positioning for X-rays as I could barely stand. Results of X-rays given by physicians assistant was no broken bones although degraded. Perhaps X-ray positioning did not show knee bone on bone abrasion but that was not mentioned. Other drawback was giving us someone else’s X-rays when we requested CD for ortho appointment.

I have used Next Level for years and have always been completely satisfied with the staff, the facility, and the assurance of them listening and acting on what was needed to get me well. I highly recommend this Next Level Urgent Care to anyone who needs care immediately if they are unable to see there primary care doctor right away.

Clean establishment, friendly staff, short wait time, doctor took her time and really cared for my son. It was very easy to book the appointment online. Before I arrived, I worried that we would have a long wait but I was pleasantly surprised that we only waited a few minutes. The staff was great and you can tell that they are very well organized. I was very impressed and will definitely return next time we need it.

The Dr I saw ignored all the symptoms I told her I had and stated I had a “viral upper respiratory infection” and gave nothing but cough medicine and a nasal spray, and told me to remain on OTC meds to keep my fever at bay.
I had to see another provider because of how bad my symptoms worsened and finally got antibiotics and 2 other medications that actually helped.
Had I gone with this physicians recommendations I am pretty certain I would have gotten pneumonia. She didn’t care I was coughing up bloody/dark yellow phlegm or blowing that out of my nose as well with nose bleeds. All she saw was that I was negative for Covid and Flu and dismissed me. I missed 7 days of work trying to recover when she could have easily helped me avoid this by treating my symptoms appropriately.

Long edit time and then the doctor rushed the visit. Never looked in my ears or mouth. Diagnosed with a viral infection maybe tyre but I got home and have a fever with no antibiotics. Probably the worse visit I’ve ever had there. May not go there again.
