We came in a little after 9:00 am. My mother’s appointment was not until noon, but they saw her right away. They always treat her with respect and courtesy. Very much appreciated since she is often treated with condescension since she is quite elderly.

I am new to the area and have not found a PCP. I visited Next Level and was pleasantly surprised at how everything was so easy, from booking the appointment online, to their convenient locations, to checking in. I am really happy with my visit, and will use Next Level as my PCP. I already booked my next appointment for my labs! Oh, also, the Nurse Practitioner on site was friendly, and took her time to really understand my concerns and explain what the findings were from the tests they did. I feel more comfortable now knowing that I have somewhere convenient to go when I am not feeling my best.

We have been to this office before and had a good experience. The doctors are always friendly, but the wait this time was unacceptable.
I had a 6:30 appointment for my 8 year old daughter with an ear ache. We weren't taken back until 7 and the nurse came in decently quickly to verify info and symptoms. He also took a few swaps to rule out strep/flu/covid etc for her congestion.
It was almost 830 by the time the doctor finally came in to see her!!! Almost 2 hours of waiting for a 5 mintue consult to confirm the ear infection we knew she had. I understand there were other patients as well, but the waiting time last night was excessive.
