She experienced first-hand how challenging and expensive it can be to seek care for her injured son at a freestanding emergency room. Our story is for everyone. Beautiful new clean facility. Provider was knowledgeable and had a tech clear my impacted ears of wax. Provider then checked my ears & sent script for ear drops. Excellent experience over all.

Next Level Urgent Care on 3083 in Conroe is am acceptional facility. I have been there numerous times. The ease of getting an appointment waes easy. The check in staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. The doctors are very thorough and caring. This beats going to the emergency room anytime! I am very pleased and highly recommend this location and facility if you are in medical need after hours or on weekends.

I verified covered expenses for a cash pay visit prior to scheduling. After I got there and was seen, I was told there were going to be many additional charges for my visit. So I left and decided to go somewhere else where the services were covered with no additional charges.

They were all very professional but most importantly I felt like they cared about me. Made me very comfortable, told me everything they were doing. I saw 3 doctors and NPs in 3 visits, all were so very very nice, they cared about my welfare and wanted to get me feeling better fast. They wven called me after my visit to see how I was doing. I love it and so refreshing to have someone really try to figure out the best route to take to get me feeling better soon.

Very quick and convenient service. Friendly staff and provider. Exam table had blood or something smudged on it. I don’t feel like the provider listened well to my concerns which lead to have to visit a different provider the next day for the same issue. Overall, might use them again if it was the only option open or for convenience, but will probably try a different place next time, if available.
