The Next Level system is efficient and easy to maneuver. The help, from the front desk, the intake person and the medical practitioner were very cordial and helpful. I received a quick diagnosis and treatment plan. I will use Next Level again should I have a need.

I don't know why they contact you on Zoc Doc and Text. Ignore one or the other. The interface to pay send to stop at the total. I've been 2x in two days and they both did it.
I scheduled for a same day appointment and was able to schedule with ease. The staff were all friendly, knowledgeable,and caring. They were able to see me, provide imaging, diagnose me, and provided me with the needed meds all within a 45 minute time frame. After having bad experiences with urgent cares in the past this was a refreshing experience.

Yes it was good like all the times I go, I just notice it may need to be cleaned or wiped down a little. But overall they listen well and try their best to help
