She experienced first-hand how challenging and expensive it can be to seek care for her injured son at a freestanding emergency room. Our story is for everyone. I was extremely impressed by my experience with the physician assistant, Nikki and staff. I have high expectations of my providers, as a physician myself, but the team went above and beyond. I liked that they were efficient, professional, and not rushed. Having an x-ray machine for routine imaging instead of a just CT scan (as many free standing ERs and urgent care's have) is a major plus in my mind.

I went in to have my ears cleaned of wax. Nothing came out of my left Ear, he was distant, and it ended with him not even willing to try to clean my right ear. I I asked him how much the visit would cost, he already had my Medicare card. He turned and said it doesn't matter, I will file for the insurance. Then he turned his back on me. I stood there a minute and walked out. And I left and went to an urgent care center the next day, got my ears cleaned out, and that cost me. I don't like being treated that way.

Excellent facility and great staff. I was in and examined very quickly and my issue was resolved. I was impressed with Leslie, the PA that was attending. Great bedside manner and she really listened and cared. I will gladly come back to this office if I need urgent care again. ?

Abby our Technician was very helpful and Dr. Rockwood was amazing. She was so sweet with my toddler, diagnosing her ear infection, and making her feel completely at ease. Took the time to explain everything, give recommendation, and had the prescription put in ASAP so that we could pick up before closing hour.
10/10 experience. Will definitely be my go-to urgent care for my family.

I was able to book an appointment online with 30 minutes.
I filled out questionnaires on my phone and when I walked in the door, I was seen immediately.
The staff was very nice, office very clean.
