It was my first time at Next Level Urgent Care and it was fantastic. I came in a little earlier than my appointment time and they called me back right away. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The Provider came in shortly after vitals, etc. She was a great listener and communicated everything clearly. Will be my first choice for urgent care needs.

Everything in office was great. My issues came after bc (1) my prescription was originally sent to wrong pharmacy, then (2) I got a printed prescription to take myself when first one didn’t go through except that printed prescription was written for a person that is not me. I ultimately had to drive back to the urgent care 4 times and to the pharmacy 3 times before finally getting the correct prescription made for the correct patient. Driving all over the place to fix this wasn’t great while not feeling well.

Great staff. The staff were very attentive and helped my daughter feel comfortable. Despite us coming in late on a Saturday afternoon, everyone had good attitudes and didn’t act like we were any kind of burden. I was very appreciative.

The office was very clean and the staff were professional. The wait time was excellent and I was seen almost immediately. I realize that it’s an urgent care facility so that probably accounts for the very short time with the NP. Overall, I would recommend.
