She experienced first-hand how challenging and expensive it can be to seek care for her injured son at a freestanding emergency room. Our story is for everyone. Appointment felt rushed and I was misdiagnosed or given medication that is not effective. I have not seen any improvement to my condition. I will need to visit my GP.

Urgent care is the best place to go if you have a medical problem and are not sure whether to go see a specialist. They will make an assessemnt and direct you to the right place. Thay are super nice and friendly.

The office was spotless with a nice design. It wasn’t the basic doc office chair setup you see in most clinics. The young lady Deryka was a rather helpful receptionist when I couldn’t find the link to my paperwork. Rita brought me back immediately, took my vitals, and carefully verified my meds. Sadly many offices will skip that part. Dr Crystal Durand seemed extremely knowledgeable about my medical conditions / meds. She was a lifesaver today since I couldn’t get to my own doctor in time. I would highly recommend Dr Durand / NextLevel. I have been to multiple locations. This is my favorite.

Provider was patient and clear regarding treatment plan which was performed in the clinic. She was ver professional and kept checking with me to make sure I was ok. Thrilled that she was able to help me and that an additional appointment with a specialist is not required.

It wasn’t good. I was crying because of flu and whole body was aching and nurse practitioner just said to me it’s normal with flu that’s it.

The care givers were nice. But I had a follow up question with my clinician and the number to the clinic goes to corporate and those corporate folks don't seem to have an idea of what's gong on or how to get back to a specific clinician or location. The call system is a 10th level maze. But after hours of trying, my clinic got back with me and got it sorted out. It was a stressful situation.
