She experienced first-hand how challenging and expensive it can be to seek care for her injured son at a freestanding emergency room. Our story is for everyone. Nurse Practitioner Patel was outstanding. If I could pick her to be my GP I would do so in a heartbeat! I used to go to Davam Urgent Care but the fragrances there are so overwhelming it made me sick. I will now go to Next Level Urgent Care at Harpers Landing. I truly appreciate that your office does not use scented air fresheners, plugins or disinfectants. THANK YOU SO MUCH!

I appreciate the efficient examination visit for my health issue. I was promptly registered, promptly seen by nurses, x-ray technicians, and attending nurse practitioner. I was clearly told of my prognosis with recommendations for recovery. I was advised a radiologist would review my x-rays (which was completed and I then received a follow-up phone call). I was also able to reach out to Urgent Care Harper's Trace for a follow-up prescription, which was handled in an extremely expeditious manner. Thank you to Urgent Care! I will highly recommend you.

The staff was quick to respond to my daughter’s severe allergic reaction and the doc even came into the waiting room the second we arrived. They were kind and caring and supportive of my daughter. They told her she was doing so good and being so brave when she was gets shots and an IV. The doc helped her calm her breathing when she was getting super upset. The nurse (I think) was an expert at shots and putting in an IV. It was an extremely scary situation and they were amazing! My daughter was in anaphylactic shock and they helped save her life! I am so extremely grateful that we came to them! Thank you so much!!!!!

Vanessa greated me as soon as I walked into the establishment. Roxy and Kim assisted me to the back. Jennifer the provider was great also. I'm thankful for the new location. I visited the location I believe off 105 on several occasion. I will definitely be back.

This was an Urgent Care visit with NextLevel in Conroe, near Harper’s Preserve. The staff was attentive and met the requirements of urgency which we were in and out with X-Rays, results read by radiologist and an orthopedic boot all within an hour. They are fantastic and I hope they are able to continue this level of service and standards.
