I can say that Dr Mandole Vincent is awesome! I had a really bad sinus infection that I'd been seen for by 2-3 other doctors in the past 2-3 wks. They kept dismisses my symptoms and I was feeling terrible. Dr. Vincent recognized the issue with my sore throat and fluid in ears rt away. Put me on a very good antibiotic and feeling better than I have in 2 months. Thank you Dr. Vincent! You are awesome!!!! A++++++

I had a great experience at Next Level Urgent Care. I was seen very quickly, and the entire process was efficient and well organized. Every staff member I interacted with was kind, professional, and genuinely courteous. The doctor took the time to listen to my concerns and made me feel comfortable and well cared for. I truly appreciate the excellent service and would highly recommend this specific location(Humble) to anyone needing prompt, compassionate care as my experience at the Atascocita location have not been as positive.

Ebony greeted me with a smile when I arrived and got me right into a room.
Tanika was wonderful. She took my vitals and prepared me for the visit.
The PA, Natalie was also terrific. She was very informative and clear about my treatment and the Rx she sent in for me.
Everyone was very friendly & efficient and I was in & out very quickly.

I went in for a cough and congestion. They did not do a Covid test or flu test. Have me a steroid shot and have me prescription for antibiotics. I went home abs my symptoms worsened. I ended calling 911 for an ambulance. I am still in the hospital with a septic infection. Because they didn't test me.

You app is horrible, constantly having click on hyperlink to complete everything. Long gone are the paper and pen of signing in. The app took me longer than my visit itself. The front desk person bless his heart did it for me and he didn’t have to ..
get rid of your stupid app and hyperlinks and you will have happier people. Staff and clinic was amazing . You app sucks big time

Michael checked me in right away and was very efficient. Tamika took my vitals and made sure I was completely comfortable. I would definitely recommend this urgent care to a friend—it's one of the best I’ve been to in the Humble area. Dr. Natalie was amazing; she really listened to me and understood the pain I was in. She took great care of me and promptly ordered my medication. By the time I got to Walgreens (just 5 minutes away), my prescription was already ready. The office is always clean, welcoming, and comfortable. Great experience overall!

The office was nice to people friendly went in for my ankle really didn’t get nothing accomplished walked out not knowing what was wrong with my ankle. Had to ask them was they gonna wrap it because they was just sending me home so I still don’t know what’s going on I have to go to a second doctor to see what the problem.
