She experienced first-hand how challenging and expensive it can be to seek care for her injured son at a freestanding emergency room. Our story is for everyone. The receptionist Tutu was so welcoming and empathic to my pain and the illnesses of the others who came in to the office after me. One was a bit hard of hearing and she graciously raised her voice for the patient to hear without causing a disturbance to those of us waiting.
Julissa, who took my vitals, was kind and understanding. She also had to administer an injection to help my pain and she did it so well, I did not feel a thing (until the medicine starting going through the area injected (which she can't help)).
Miss Jordan, the nurse practitioner was wonderful as well. Compassionate and a great listener. She evaluated the area of my pain and determined what was necessary to relieve it.

during cold season maybe hire more PA's or NP's to staff your offices.

The receptionist was very friendly and helped me fill out the forms needed. The nurse was very friendly and kindly answered any of my questions. The Dr. was friendly, informed me of my diagnosis, listened to my concerns, and answered my questions.
Overall, this is a place to go when you need immediate care with a wait time of less than 15 minutes.
My new go-to for Urgent Care.

It was very ease to schedule a same day appointment online. I completed the forms prior to the visit which made the check-in quick. My wait time was less than 10 minutes. The medical staff was friendly, asked many questions regarding my systems and provided excellent care. Whenever I or a family member need urgent care, I always go to Next Level Urgent Care.

My appointment was great, fast to schedule, very short wait. I was diagnosed with ITI, antibiotics sent to pharmacy and was told they would contact me when my urine culture came back. I hadn’t heard from them and after almost a week of antibiotics I was still having some symptoms. I called to check on the culture and was told there was an error at the lab and it wasn’t done. No one notified me of this until I called. Now I will need to follow up with someone to get another sample checked.
