She experienced first-hand how challenging and expensive it can be to seek care for her injured son at a freestanding emergency room. Our story is for everyone. It was a good experience. The online website via web browser was easy to navigate. The phone app also worked well. I was able to register, enter my health concerns, and schedule an appointment at a convenient time for me in a very timely manner. I saw a doctor only a few minutes after I arrived at the facility. Doctor, nurse, and receptionist were all friendly and courteous. No negatives that I can think of.

I was in and out in about 45mins. They took me back as soon as I checked in, I didn't even get to sit in the lobby. Took me a room. Minutes later they pulled me straight for an x-ray, I hurt my knee. Took me back. Waited a little bit maybe 10 min. When the doctor came in she had already looked at my x-rays. Talked to me checked out my knees. Confirmed my intuitions and after that all I had to wait for is for them to get me a knee brace. Unfortunately it didn't fit. I already had one so I was ok with that but they insisted on ordering me one.

Easy to get an appointment. Pleasant staff. Nurse Practioner that attended me listen to my concerns and symptoms, examined me, and made sure that I was comfortable with the medications being prescribed. Very efficient, yet personable.

Had issue with copd. Went to clinic and was told it would be hour wait or could make appointment later in the day and first available time was 4:45 pm. Came home and went on line and found we could get an earlier time of l:15 pm, so went back and everything went well, not much waiting, staff was great. Other than the appointment snafu, have no complaints. Liked the staff, they did great, would return and recommend this clinic.

I was very pleased and made to feel very comfortable.And welcome and attended to. When I went up to the desk and I told him who I was, they said, yes, we've got you in and you will be seen right away.
And once I was in the examining room, I did not have to wait twenty minutes to have someone come.
Bottom line, I was very happy with my visit and I will definitely go again and I will definitely recommend them.

Next Level Urgent Care in Kingwood is the best urgent care I’ve visited. They greet you upon walking in, you’re processed quickly and everyone is incredibly friendly. I also want to point out that the waiting area is always clean and welcoming. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I made my appointment online and with others still in the waiting room, I went back. From start to finish, I was there less than 30 minutes. The staff was very friendly and the practitioner was very friendly and helpful. She was actually much friendlier than my regular doctor!

The office staff was impatient when they had to explain to me about registering with my phone. The appointment I made was to see a dermatologist, the appointment was made through zocdoc but there is no dermatologist at this location. The zocdoc website indicated there is dermatology at this location. Once we saw the PA or Dr. (not sure what he was) he told us we need to see a dermatologist, which is what we thought we were doing.
