She experienced first-hand how challenging and expensive it can be to seek care for her injured son at a freestanding emergency room. Our story is for everyone. Next Level is AMAZING!!! Especially when you make an appointment!!! I was in and out within 15 minutes!!! But even when I do not have an appointment it is still never more that 30-40 from the time I arrive until the time I leave.

Online it said it accepted my insurance but once I got to the office I was told that they do not accept it, which was a little frustrating.

Ease of booking appointment... very minimal main lobby wait time... quick and thorough medical examination with diagnosis explained in common layman terms. Very pleased with Doctor that explained my illness and corrective action to be taken. Definitely will re-visit if medical need arises again.

The nurse practitioner stood out. She was experienced with pediatric care and when we asked for a steroid shot she explained why she wouldn’t with a child under the age 18. I appreciated how knowledgeable she was. She was warm and kind and smart and did what was best practice and not what the parent (me) asked for. The clinic was clean, online appointment was easy to make and I would definitely come back.

The office was very clean. I arrived super early in case there were any cancellations. There were not any cancellations that day (very busy flu day). But the staff did get me back to be seen at my exact appt time. For as busy as they were, everyone was patient and nice. The nurse practitioner that saw me and my husband that day was amazing!! She listened, was very thorough with her assessment and explained the treatment plan thoroughly. Thank you to this nurse practitioner that made this visit so pleasant.

Next Level they always take care of me, service is always fast, care is always appropriate. Fast testing and timely diagnosis. Called in my scrips and they were ready when I arrived at the pharmacy. The Care Provider explained all my meds and told me when and how to take them, including some appreciated techniques for the nasal meds and inhaler. Very proficient, felt well served at Next Level.

I was in a lot of pain, but Dom and Courtney were fantastic! They were extremely friendly and kind. Courtney has an amazing personality, and she was so thorough in explaining everything to me. She even called me after my appointment to give me more information and follow up. Hopefully, the need to return doesn’t arise, but if it does, I won’t hesitate to go back.
