She experienced first-hand how challenging and expensive it can be to seek care for her injured son at a freestanding emergency room. Our story is for everyone. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. I had the wrong insurance card and she was on the phone trying to get it sorted out when I got there. I was able to locate my current insurance and she was very understanding about the situation. I apologized several times and she was never rude to me or anything.
Just friendly. The nurse that took my vitals and such was so nice, he took his time and was thorough. The nurse practitioner came in and gave me a thorough assessment of my tests and the x-rays. She was also very friendly and helpful, she listened and heard me. Actually heard me, that’s rare at an Urgent Care. So thank you to you all!

Wham bam tahnk you Ma'am. I was seen quickly and was in and out fast but had everything i needed. the assurance that i was not dying, the prescriptions to help me heal, and the speed to make the payment that much more digestible compared to a standard office. it did feel a bit rushed but it is expected a bit given what they do as they are there to see as many people as they can and not have therapy sessions and long winded discussions.

Front desk staff was very friendly and efficient. She walked me back to a room as soon as she completed my check in. MA/Nurse came in within minutes, told me they were dealing with an emergency, and would be back quickly. The wait was not long. Vitals taken, appropriate testing done, and I was told the time it would take for test results and the provider would see me after results were in. Provider came in within the given time frame. She was very attentive, asked about my medical history and made an informed decision about treatment based on this info. I was very impressed with all aspects of this visit. I will go back if needed. Thank you to all the staff!

Everything was fine except for the front desk guy. African American guy. He did not greet nor even make eye contact. Just mumbled and it was difficult to understand him. Anyone in this position needs to greet patients, give them the respect of looking at them when speaking to them and speak clearly and efficiently.
