All of the staff from receptionist, to nurse, and nurse practitioners gave me excellent care and attention. Staff included: Kash, Arlet, jackie, Nicole NP, and Angela NP.
I went in to Next Level with upper respiratory, which ended up being lower bilateral lung pneumonia. Staff went above helping me with my breathing / coughing I was doing. I had my follow up within 48 hours after the initial clinic visit, which showed I was getting better. Both NP listened to all my questions and gave upmost care toward me.
I recommend Next Level Urgent Care on 1488 Magnolia, Tx to everyone.

We typically have a great experience but this past time they forgot to send a urine culture off and the medicine they prescribed she didn’t get better after a few days. We had no way of knowing if she needed a new antibiotic.
