Superb customer care and service. I arrived with my daughter right at her appointment time, so I was anticipating a delay. Just the opposite happened- Jessica welcomed us in, got the necessary info and we were in an exam room within 10 minutes of our arrival. Maggie came in and got testing started, and we saw our practitioner, Heidi, very shortly after. The entire visit may have been 30 minutes ( a WIN), and the professonialism, efficiency, and genuine care exhibited by the staff was top tier! This will definitely be my go-to for care when I can't get to our physician. Keep up the great work ladies; it is definitely noticed and appreciated!!

Great amazing staff from the front desk, to the staff that checked me in, to the doctor. I used to be a regular 8-9 years at the Next Level in Pearland now I’m a loyal member at the Manvel location. Nothing wrong with the Pearland staff or facility, I had great experiences at Manvel location and will be a regular whenever I’m in need or my family in need of urgent care the Manvel location will be first option. Once again super great job staff!!

I visited Next Level Urgent Care today, and I left feeling frustrated. I really dislike seeing new providers because they always seem afraid to prescribe the medication that actually helps me, even when I explain what works and what doesn’t. Instead, I was basically given over-the-counter options I could’ve picked up myself. What’s the point of coming in if I don’t get real help? Next time, I’ll just wait to see my regular provider, who actually knows my history.

Listened to my symptoms, ran a test right away and provided antibiotics in office and a prescription that I picked up on the way home. Very friendly, very clean, very informative.

I was taken in to room almost immediately even before appointment time. I was treated with respect and felt that they listened to my complaints.They were very professional and explained what they were doing and why. I was very grateful they were there. I did receive a call after my appointment to explain what my x-ray revealed.

This is my second time at this clinic. The first time I had a visit was when I was visiting my daughter, and I got sick. They took such great care of me, that now that Ive moved back to TX, Im going to continue coming here. The visit is thorough and Cher really listened to my concerns. The staff are friendly and professional. I booked my appointment online and it was an easy process.

Good customer service. I was promptly greeted when I walked through the door. I had made an online appointment and there was no long wait. I was taken back a few minutes after I checked in. The staff worked well together and I was cared for promptly. If I ever need to I'll return and recommend them to others.
