Thank you for the ease to book an appointment on line, finish the paperwork on line, and friendly front desk staff. The staff was professional and personal. I made a same day appointment and was bought to the back 15 mins after my appointment time. After being placed in the room and doing the intake, another 40 mins passed before being wheeled out for an x-ray and seeing the PA on site, which took 15-20 mins total. I truly believe they forgot I was there. My husband was waiting for me and everyone that came after us was in and out before I was seen. They need better time management.

There was some mixup with the prepayment and I’m not sure they refunded what they said they would. The intake person seemed very inexperienced asking questions about current medications and doing the blood pressure etc. The tech that was supposed to do the buddy wrap on my toes failed the first time, then redid it and it fell off before I left the lobby. No follow up. The doctor said it “seemed” like my toe was cracked but did not say definitely and was surprised that my toe was still so swollen two weeks after the injury but just said don’t do anything that makes it hurt. I did not leave with much confidence in any of the staff.

Great experience! This was an urgent care facility and I have an appointment later in the afternoon. I walked in to see if I could get an appointment earlier and it was empty and they took me right away. Super clean, staff was friendly, and the doctor named Clementine was excellent.

This is my second time being seen by Dr. Anderson. After my first visit w/ her I said I would not come back because she appeared so disconnected. And it was confirmed when she informed me that she would call in a refill on a prescription that was originally provided when I visited under a workman's comp injury. I assumed she never researched or whatever is required before sending out refills. I was still in pain, kept contacting the pharmacy, finally came back to Next Level to get an explanation and that's when the staff explained the reasoning to me. Dr. Anderson never followed up! So when I saw she was the residing physician yesterday I was nervous, but proceeded because I wasn't feeling well. Again, that same disconnect. Hands in pocket, shrugging shoulders when questions asked and she told me to keep doing what I was doing. When leaving, I asked is there a way to tell who the presiding physician/NP is when an appt is made and it was explained there was not. Terrible experience.

Today, I had the pleasure of seeing Clementine Fokam NP, and I can’t express enough how grateful I am for her kindness and the exceptional service she provided. Her warm demeanor made the appointment feel comfortable, and she took the time to address all of my concerns with genuine care. It’s reassuring to know that there are compassionate professionals like her in the field.
