I love the Zoc Doc app other than I have a supplement insurance and there is not a tab that lets you put the information so I had to wait till I went to my appointment. I rated a 4 star. Everyone at the urgent care I rated a 5. They were very friendly, doc was very knowledgeable and helpful.

Yes I would go back, the office was great, the nurse who came in to take my vitals and my swabs was great and explained. The NP was also very nice he explained and asked about my medicines I was taking so he knew what to prescribe to me. Yes I will tell anybody who ask me about my visit

Everything about my experience with my appointment and visit was great. I made my appointment on my phone ahead of time and filled out and signed the paperwork on my phone except it didn’t ask for a second insurance. So when I got there they had to add my supplement insurance then took me right in. Pleasant staff and doc/NP. Very thorough with exam. And sent me on my way. Great experience. GS

My experience with Next Level Urgent Care in Nederland, TX was a very pleasant one! I made my appointment online and filled out the forms online as well. I was able to book my appointment right away, and once there I was seen right away by a very qualified provider with a wonderful 'bedside manner'! He was very knowledgeable and friendly. I felt like he was truly concerned about my well being as he diagnosed my problem as bronchitis and prescribed the appropriate medicine for me. I was very pleased with my visit. The staff there is also very friendly and personable. If you are in need of a doctor quickly, I highly recommend their services!
