She experienced first-hand how challenging and expensive it can be to seek care for her injured son at a freestanding emergency room. Our story is for everyone. Staff was friendly but couldn’t verify that I had met my out of pocket max for the year so I had to pay for the visit with a possible refund coming!

Was able to book an appointment quickly at the Pasadena Fairmont location. Check in was easy and the opportunity to fill out forms via online was convenient. The folks were nice and were attentive as well as the doctor/nurse practitioner. Based on my experience she was able to prescribe something quickly. Will go back again when ad if I need immediate attention and guidance. Thanks.

The receptionist was very stoic, not friendly at all. She acted as if she couldn't be bothered by me. No smile or eye contact and barely responded. Stared at her screen the whole time while I was attempting to speak with her. The doctor and nurse were wonderful though.

Horrible care I when there feeling bad and I left the same way the nurse practitioner didn’t not prescribe me nothing they check me for Covid and flu and it come back negative so she sit or prescribe me nothing I had to go to another urgent care I do not recommend this place

It was a life saver to be seen on Friday evening at 7:30pm. I had symptoms that came on very quickly and I was super uncomfortable. I knew I couldn’t wait until Monday to call my regular Dr. My visit and outcome was a huge relief not to have to go to a ER. I am very grateful for my care and the Physician was absolutely wonderful. I feel better already afterwards my visit and being able to start treatment sooner than later.
