I was disappointed in the fact that I saw the PA on Wednesday but yet had to go to the pulmonologist the following Friday for additional medication antibiotics shots another chest x-ray because I had gotten worse just in one day. I have used next level urgent care for other issues and was satisfied with those but this time around, didn’t quite pan out. I felt that I should’ve gotten antibiotics and continued those, but the PA at that time did not agree with me. He felt that it was viral, but it turned out to be bacterial.

Good service. We were assigned a room about 15 minutes after our appointment. We were seen by the doctor about 30 minutes later.

I entered Next Level and I checked in and they verified me immediately. I sat down maybe 10 minutes later and they called me back to patient room. Within 10 minutes or less a medical assistant came in to take vitals and medical history. He was very caring and professional. The provider followed up immediately and she was so nice and caring. Very informative to my situation and needs. She was very professional but very down to earth too. I felt I was in the best of care and would be well in no time with the information I was receiving and the medication prescribed for me. I would definitely recommend Next Level to anyone needing care at any level of sickness.

If the provider Becky PA is going to order a script for a medication that has a cross sensitivity to an allergy she should warn the patient. Thank goodness the PharmD was readily available to help me with the allergic reaction that ensued. The facility floor was dirty, the room needs to be repainted especially above the baseboards in exam room 2.

I always love going to Next Level, typically I would take my daughters to their pediatrician but since we’ve moved to Rosenberg it’s a long drive to Katy. Also, the urgent I used to use was Texas children’s off spring green blvd but there’s always a wait and it a little bit of a drive also. Next Level is close to home, they are fast & friendly, and the staff is always nice!!!

Miss Becky ( sorry I don't get their last name ) the NP had an excellent bedside manner. She was very solicitous and answered all my questions about the ear wax ( the condition I had gone to the clinic for). She hand wrote some helpful notes on my take- home printed sheet. All in all, it was an excellent appointment and I left the clinic utterly satisfied.

I like Next Level because she can be seen the same day and book an appointment. Normally I love my experience here. Today I was overcharged for my appointment. The ladies in the front don't even check with the insurance how much it is - if you answer that you have not met your deductible, you automatically are charged the no insurance fee. I also was specific as to where any medications where to be sent and they were still sent to the wrong pharmacy, which had me having to call the pharmacies and delayed my being able to pick my medications. Once a prescription is called to a certain pharmacy, you cannot call and place the same order because the first pharmacy begins working on it and charges the medication to the insurance. I have feel that the female providers have better bedside manners than the male providers.

Great!!!! Went in on Friday and was Treated by P.A. Becky. She is awesome and very thorough.
She prescribed Tamiflu for me and some cough medicine. And told me to come back today(Sunday) if I got worse. Dr. Roth picked right where she left off and was also very thorough. Had chest xrays and diagnosed with upper respiratory infection, bronchitis...I have no voice. She prescribed antibiotics and an inhaler. Phillip was also great. Very confident, courteous and professional.

Although I had made an appointment online, I arrived early was and was able to be seen right away. Phil was the technician who assisted and taking vitals and he was great very outgoing and kind. Dr Cristina Carrillo- Gutierrez was amazing, super nice and knowledgeable. She answered all my questions and was informative though the entire visit!
