This urgent care location was fast and friendly. The appointment with NP Jessica B. went well. She listened, sympathized, prescribed treatment quickly and got me on my way. The only issue I had was one of my scrips got 'returned' due to confusion on whether or not I was allergic. This should have been double checked before I left the office as it took an extra 1.25 hours to sort it out. A lot of my time was wasted.

I called this morning due to ongoing symptoms and was told to come in for a scheduled 11:00 AM appointment. I arrived on time and waited until nearly 12:30 PM without being seen. When I asked, I was told walk-ins were causing the delay. I understand walk-ins happen at urgent care, but scheduled appointments shouldn’t consistently take a back seat with no proactive updates or realistic ETA. Very disappointing. Yesterday they diagnosed me with a sinus infection and put me on antibiotics and something got worse so that asked me to come back in today and today they diagnosed me possibly blue and told me to stop the antibiotic that they had asked me to start yesterday. Very confusing and very annoyed at the long wait time.

It was easy to schedule my appointment online and was able to get in quickly. There was no wait once I checked in. The PA saw me within 5 minutes. She was very thorough and listened carefully asking questions to fully understand my concerns. I needed x-rays and was in and out within 20 minutes. Very friendly competent staff.

The entire experience, from scheduling online, completing paperwork, seeing the NP, and explanation of treatment, was exceptional. I also want to be sure to acknowledge the customer service when I had a question. Cathleen was kind and provided excellent service with an issue at the pharmacy. It was my first experience with Next Level and now I know why others have recommended them! Well done.

Nice clinic, clean and inviting, plenty of seating in the waiting area. They were ready for me upon arrival and seemed to know I was coming. Best part, the triage-nurse was ready before check-in was completed. I needed an x-ray which was available on-site AND get-this, they burned the images to a CD for easy viewing by my physician in a couple weeks. All in all, it was worth the visit and I am on the road to recovery!
