Next Level was founded by Dr. Juliet Breeze, who is also a mother. She experienced first-hand how challenging and expensive it can be to seek care for her injured son at a freestanding emergency room. Our story is for everyone. We know how overwhelming and costly medical issues can be. That’s why we’re here to make it easier for anyone who needs immediate care for non-life-threatening illnesses and injuries. Second time we have been there, easy to get in, very little wait. Clean waiting area and rooms, this will be our go to place for unexpected events that aren't urgent but maybe a little faster and easier than getting in with the pediatrician and/or general practioner at times.

My NP Brenes was kind and caring. She explained everything and she listened to me. I was not rushed or hurried. NP Brenes explained what to expect the days ahead and told me to call the office if I needed to. She was wonderful having today. Thank you, Next Level. My son is a 38 year old austistic man, who at times is nervous about medical offices and people are afraid of him. The receptionist was so nice she greeted us with a welcoming smile and put me at ease.The entire office was very accommodating and respectful. The doctor was EXCELLENT. She listened and asked questions that let me know she cared about him. This will be our go to for urgent care.

The staff was awesome. I walked in and was immediately served, sent to my exam room all in a matter of minutes. My appointment was for 5:30p, I got the about 5:35p and I was complete by 6:10p with test being done.

I booked an appt online and completed all required paperwork ahead of time, showed up 10 minutes before my appt, and wasn't seen until 50 minutes AFTER my appt time. The appt was good, and thorough, but the wait time was so long when we were the only people in the waiting room.
