She experienced first-hand how challenging and expensive it can be to seek care for her injured son at a freestanding emergency room. Our story is for everyone. First time. The app was very easy to use, I did not get stuck or was forced to upload any docs before which is wonderful especially when you are not feeling well. Plenty of appointments to choose from throughout the day. I walked in and barely waited 5 minutes before I was called back. The entire staff was friendly. The PA who saw me made me feel heard. This is my new favorite place!
