She experienced first-hand how challenging and expensive it can be to seek care for her injured son at a freestanding emergency room. Our story is for everyone. Our family has always had a great experience at Next Level Urgent Care. It’s easy to make an appointment or walk in. They are typically ready for you when you arrive because they send you all the necessary forms ahead of time. Within 2 to 3 minutes of walking through the door, my husband was taken to an exam room and less than 25 minutes, he was diagnosed and we were checking out. The diagnosis was spot on, and we were able to comfortably know that he did not have pink eye, but rather a ruptured blood vessel in the eye. Staff is always amazing and their locations are convenient. ?

They missed Mono. I asked about it and they said he did not have a temperature. Even though I said I had just taken at 99.7. They tested for Covid, Strep and Flu.

Dr. Roth was very personable, she listened to my concerns and communicated possible solutions. Although, the provider was limited in trying to resolve my issue, she offered recommedations and advised that I should quickly take the next steps to get my issue resolved.
In addition, the office staff and MA were very friendly and nice.

I was on vacation going to IAH on a Sunday and had something very painful stuck in my eye. They were able to quickly see me and successfully and professionally diagnose and treat my issue. Great experience. This is not our first time at Next Level Urgent Care. It was easy to book an appointment, The front desk greeted us and gave us instructions on the check-in process. Our wait was only 5- minutes before being escorted to an examination room.
The PA and doctor were both amazing. They were able to quickly rule out potential diagnosis and make a determination of my daughter’s issue.

I was notified to arrive 15 minutes early for my appointment. I arrived at 10am for my 10:15 visit. I was immediately taken to a waiting room, vitals were taken and the Dr arrived shortly afterwards. Got a shot, paperwork and went to CVS were my prescription was waiting. I got home at 10:30. Feeling better already! Thanks Next Level!
