She experienced first-hand how challenging and expensive it can be to seek care for her injured son at a freestanding emergency room. Our story is for everyone. My daughter recommended Next Level Urgent Care as opposed to an ER. I am glad she did. I injured my knee from a fall. It was easy to get an appointment and I filled out my insurance information in advance. I was greeted with a wheelchair. There was no wait. The staff was helpful and friendly. I recommend this place as opposed to an ER.

I have been going to this office for 3 years. It is always easy to get an appointment and the Dr and staff are nice, polite and cheerful. The Dr. always answers all of my questions and explains everything in an easy to understand way. I highly recommend them.

Everyone there was friendly and our appointment time was very timely from the lady at the reception desk to the provider. Our experience was a good one.
The room we were in was a bit chilly, but they provided a blanket for my daughter, which was kind of them.

The best urgent / sick care ever! Easy to book, great staff and easy first time registration! I was seen right away.. plenty of appointments.
