She experienced first-hand how challenging and expensive it can be to seek care for her injured son at a freestanding emergency room. Our story is for everyone. This is my second time at Next Level Urgent care in one month and I am grateful for my positive experience there. Today, Shajjia, the NP, and Cierra, the Medical Assistant, cared for me so well. I think they were very kind, attentive, and knowledgeable about my condition. I'm thankful they were assigned to me today. I left with confidence and a good treatment plan.

My experience was really lovely as my 'medical emergency' was more anxiety than actuality and they responded in care and in kind. I felt seen and heard, NOT dismissed or belittled (I have had this experience in the past because of my anxiety). They addressed the issued, tended with care, and even wrapped my burn in pink because they noticed it matched my bracelets....more genuine care that really made a huge difference.

Overall, fantastic service! Staff was super nice and attentive, place was clean and enjoyable - the system that pulled insurance info was down, made it hard to know whether I'm overpaying or not (we were not able to get prices without the system)... Some more transparency around the cost would be nice but I understand sometimes computers and systems are out of our control.

Amazing women today in office. Very polite, considerate and kind. Great listeners. Fantastic bedside manner. Efficiently quick. 2 scripts were to be called in and when I checked there was only 1. I called the clinic and the provider called me back-couldnt hear the first time so she called back and addressed the request very quickly. HIGHLY recommend. (My second visit- my first one back in June, the provider immediately acknowledged they could not help me, directed me to where I needed to go and did not charge me.)
