I tried reaching out to the office twice before my appointment and never received a call back from my message. I needed to verify external issues wouldn't prevent me from being seen. The lack of communication was frustrating. When I arrived, the waiting area was crowded, not very comfortable, and the space was a little confusing. There was a printed sign telling patients if they hadn't been called back after a half hour, to let the desk know. After forty minutes, I informed them I was still waiting and magically my name was the next called. I still ended uo waiting for close to a half hour more for the doctor to come into the room. She was great, it went fine. I just didn't appreciate the lack of respect for my time (I know OBGYNs have hectic schedules and often are called away, but again, as a courtesy, they should have informed me there would be a longer wait than usual) and the poor communication. I will go back next year, but if it is still the same, I will find a new provider.

My Doctor very friendly. I did have to wait for a few before she seen me in the room. I guess this was the introduction. Mostly everything will be done next visit. So, we will see. Next visit is April 20th

All of the staff were so friendly and I didn't wait long at all once i arrived especially because i was able to complete check-in prior to going through an email they sent out. Their communication is very clear. Dr. Bishay was amazing, so friendly and welcoming and it really didn't feel like an intimidating doctor's visit, just chatting comfortably. I left feeling at ease for a first time mom and I highly recommend them to anyone!

Doctor Bishay was amazing! She even made she sure I got genetic testing for cancers that may run in my family which is something I never heard of. The appointment was organized and went really well.

I didn’t feel rushed at all, she sat down and listened to my concerns and answered all my questions that I had. I was in and out of the office in a timely matter and had a great experience. I described my visit as pleasant and I felt seen and heard. Everyone at the office was welcoming and made sure that i had everything understood and i had everything that i needed before, during, and after my appointed time. I didn't feel rushed or unwelcome in anyway. She was prompt and gentle. Ive recommended her to all off my family and friends and its been only a few hours since my appointment
