“The staff was friendly and I was able to fill out my forms online prior to my appointment so I got in right at my appointment time. My provider was fantastic and had a great bedside manner. She answered all of my questions and was a great listener. She even got me in for a mammogram before I left so I could get everything done in one visit. Highly recommend. ”

Lindsay grew up in Birmingham, Alabama, where she was heavily involved in her church and served on numerous medical mission trips. After graduating high school, she attended Auburn University where she graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. After working at Brookwood Medical Center as a Labor & Delivery nurse for four years, Lindsay began the nurse practitioner program at Samford University. She graduated as a Doctor of Nursing Practice in 2021 and joined the staff of OB-GYN South soon after. Lindsay loves spending time at the lake, traveling with her husband, and playing with their dog, Rockett!

This was the first OB that recommended a solution other than birth control. She actually took the time to listen about my period and asked questions. She didn’t rush me or write me off. She not only prescribed me a medication that would be suitable for my lifestyle but gave me other solutions to my problems. She was such a kind and intuitive provider!

Lindsay was so sweet and accommodating! And while this may not be a concern for most people, the waiting area had dim lighting that made the experience feel more relaxed. The only downside was trying to navigate the hospital, but staff was helpful!

I was listened to and heard. Not a single person in the office was fatphobic, and that was a breath of fresh air. I'm in my mid 30's and this is the first GYN I'm not dreading going back to.

The office was a little hard to find since it is inside a hospital, but honestly worth it. Ms. Crocker is very knowledgeable and kind. You can tell she genuinely cares about her patients.

She is very knowledgeable about the experiences women go through and the rest of the staff from triage to the mammogram were very kind. Expect to wait a long time. The PA I saw was great. And mammogram tech was nice and patient. Other staff members were frustrated and complained to me about the inter-office issues. It would be nice to have dedicated services for gynecology appointments. It was clear by several comments that the practice was squeezing in OB patients who had reasons to come in without appointments- 100% understood, but a gynecology schedule could be set apart to be uninterrupted.

Lindsay was the sweetest doctor I could have asked for. I’ve seen multiple doctors at this point that didn’t understand the pain that I’ve been in and she truly empathized with me and got to know my situation and provided me with clear directions to find answers. I cannot recommend her enough!
