One word: Wonderful. Amy is a very experienced PA, wonderful at what she does - listens, provides clear and accurate information, and is very calming/down to earth, And very efficient - on the way home I was able to book my exam at Sally Jobe because the order was Already called in. Entering was on time, not rushed. Front desk and medical assistants also did a fine job.
