“I usually don’t do reviews but I needed to after multiple appointments at this location in the last few months. The employees that I encounter have been a different person each time and are always condescending and belittling. Initially I thought that maybe they were just having a bad day, which I know we all have, but it has been consistent for the last four visits. Sometimes it’s more than one person during the same visit. People should always treat each other with kindness until there is a reason not to. ”

PA Karina Gebhart is wonderful as usual.
Making the appointment to see her was strange, however.
I had to remake and/or repeat the appointment to 3 different people:
2 of whom called me for the same information regarding the appointment.
My first appointment try was made with whomever ansered the call in the office. That appointment was, apparently, never entered. So luckily I discoverd that before going, and made a different appointment, and then was called by 2 different people about it. Just strange but it worked out.

The office was clean, and the front desk staff were warm and friendly. During my appointment, my nurse practitioner listened attentively as we discussed my current health. She was approachable, professional, and an excellent nurse overall.

Karina Gebhart has a great personality and she is very knowledgeable in everything she does. She takes a very positive interest in every patient and when you are with her you can tell that she cares. She is also very good about following up with situations. I have always felt a wonderful doctor/patient bond with her. You can talk openly with her and feel comfortable. I have known other patients of hers who feel the same way.
It is without reservation I find it possible to recommend this fine woman. I am certain she will work well with patients in any situation.

I haven’t been to a doctor in years but Karina made me feel comfortable. It isn’t actual talk therapy which I thought but I also don’t know what I’m doing haha. So having someone be helpful and guide me was a lovely experience. I’m going back next week for an annual exam.
