About Dr. Theresa Sanborn
Dr. Theresa Sanborn is a Colorado native dedicated to providing compassionate, comprehensive care for children and families. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology and Chemistry from the University of Colorado Denver and her medical degree from Rocky Vista University College of Osteopathic Medicine in Parker, Colorado. She completed her Pediatric Residency at the University of Arizona in Tucson, where she worked closely with Navajo Nation communities, gaining deep insight into culturally sensitive care and the challenges of rural healthcare.
Dr. Sanborn’s clinical interests include sports medicine, mental health, and lactation support. She also plans to introduce kids’ yoga classes to promote healthy bodies and minds. Her commitment to equitable healthcare extends globally through service projects focused on improving access for underserved populations.
Outside of medicine, Dr. Sanborn enjoys hiking Colorado’s trails, yoga, crafting, crocheting, and playing guitar.
