About Kelsey Baffour-Addo
Kelsey is a certified family nurse practitioner at Schweiger Dermatology Group.
She brings a multidisciplinary background in primary care and women’s and public health to her dermatology practice. She is dedicated to delivering high-quality care and empowering patients through education and advocacy. Her passion for dermatology developed during her clinical training and is rooted in personal experiences, a desire to understand skin and hair conditions across all skin types and a strong interest in how internal health is reflected through the skin.
She earned a Bachelor of Science in Public Health from Temple University, followed by both a Master of Science in Nursing and Doctor of Nursing Practice in Family Health from Columbia University. During her doctoral program, she completed dermatology clinical rotations with a variety of specialists, deepening her commitment to the field. Kelsey further advanced her training by completing Schweiger Dermatology Group’s Advanced Practice Provider Training Program, where she gained extensive experience in medical, surgical and cosmetic dermatology.

Kelsey Baffour-Addo, DNP was absolutely incredible! She was thorough and thoughtful. Listened to my concerns and gave great recommendations/next steps. The office was clean and the receptionist was a doll - super friendly! I think I was in the wait room for about 5 minutes before being seen. It was a wonderful appointment!

I wanted a doctor that would listen to my concerns while assessing the areas that clearly have issues. I got that and more. The doctor was very helpful and clear on describing what I was experiencing. I was provided with a detailed plan to get my desired results by summer 2026.

The only thing pleasant about the visit was the front desk staff. I did not feel welcome by the doctor. My prescription was also sent to a pharmacy far away from my home instead of the specific pharmacy I suggested. I will not be returning here again.
