The doctor was very friendly and warm. I was really nervous but she tried to make me feel as comfortable as possible (casual conversation to make me relax, adjusting the chair to ensure I was in a comfortable position, asked if she could offer me anything such as water). She explained what was needed to be done and offered options as well. I felt confident in the procedure and was really well taken care of.
