About Dr. Sasha Chediak

Dr. Sasha Chediak is a Florida native, being born and raised in Boca Raton, Florida. After attending Florida Atlantic University, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Biology and a Master of Biomedical Science, Dr. Chediak received her medical degree and completed a Master of Public Health at Nova Southeastern University College of Osteopathic Medicine, graduating in the top 2% of her class. She then completed her internship year and dermatology residency training at Broward Health Medical Center in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. She was board-certified by the American Academy of Dermatology in 2018. Throughout her training, Dr. Chediak has been involved in several research and teaching opportunities, and she belongs to many professional organizations in her field of dermatology. Dr. Chediak is an Affiliate Assistant Professor of Clinical Biomedical Science in the Charles Schmidt College of Medicine at Florida Atlantic University and is involved in the dermatology education of medical students and residents. Dr. Chediak enjoys practicing all aspects of dermatology, including general, pediatric, cosmetic, and surgical dermatology. She has a strong passion for her specialty and treats every patient with caring and compassion. Dr. Chediak lives in Boca Raton, Florida with her husband and two children. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, boating, fishing, and spending time with her family and friends. Dr. Chediak is fluent in Spanish.

I have gone to this office for three years but I will not return. The new company that has acquired this practice has ruined it. The process to make an appointment was horrible. This is not use of AI to be proud of. If you want to impress then use AI during the exam and as a way to improve the diagnosis experience. My doctor today was in a huge rush to get rid of me. Same doctor that spent long time with me during all other yearly exams barely looked at my skin today and rushed the exam to get done in 10 min. Now I get a survey if my app was on time. I am sure they are measured on how quick they rush the patients away. I will not return. I do not recommend this practice to anyone who is looking for good care.

The office was small and the decor was kind of cool and messy--not very calm or welcoming. I arrived just before 1:00, exactly when I was instructed to arrive and the front desk was vacant with a sign saying out to lunch. I thought that was very unprofessional and the staff lunch should have been staggered, so that there would always be SOMEone present to greet patients. Even though I was the first or second patient after the lunch break, the doctor was still late. Her assistant was very good, but I found the doctor to be less than personable, very matter-of-fact and not very engaging. I'm not sure whether I want to return.
