Office staff, doctor Afreen and nurse all were very friendly and helpful, they communicated clearly. But the only problem I faced while booking for appointment is I was not asked if I need to see an allergist or a dermatologist

I felt immediately welcomed upon walking in the to office. everyone that I talked to was extremely friendly and very attentive when I was talking. they pinpointed a couple things that could be causing my severe allergy symptoms and prescribed me some medication to help with it temporarily. I now have an appointment in the future for an allergy test. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this staff!

They told me to reach back out if I was still having issues or had any questions but yet I’m still having issues and they completely stopped responding to my messages. Wish I could find another allergy doctor close by. I’ll just have to visit the emergency room. 3/5 stars for being very caring during my physical appointment.
