The wait was short - as soon as I was done filling out the paperwork, they took into the room to be seen. The environment was very clean; the staff are very friendly and the NP that attended to me was kind and gentle and she explained the process and answered all my questions. Anna was absolutely fantastic!! She was thorough, informative, and so personable. I needed to have a few moles biopsied and she truly made the whole process completely painless and easy.
She worked seamlessly with her MA, Nicole (who was equally as amazing!) and allowed everything to run efficiently, without ever feeling rushed. I felt really comfortable and well taken care of the entire time.
