Dr. Connor is simply the best! He takes his time. Detailed in examination. He is very personable. Everyone from the brother at the front desk to medical assistant were professional, courteous, helpful, and made it a pleasant experience. I will be recommending this Dr and practice to others. I cannot express how pleasant and painless my experience was. Dr. Connor is a keeper!

My experience was incredible. The doctor and his staff are very professional and thorough in making sure you understand your diagnosis and the available treatment plan. He really knows his stuff, which made me feel safe and confident to share and worries or fears I may have had, or ask any thing I was curious about. I got diagnosed and left with treatment all in the same day. No running around for multiple appointments, which is what I really loved. The doctor and his team take action very quickly. I can’t wait to go back. I also love their peppermints. ??

My main issue is how hard it is to contact the office. The number they provide is this generic service center that is extremely unhelpful. There should be an easy way to talk to the office you are actually visiting.

He is very kind and very efficient, but the efficiency of his visit almost feels rushed. DO NOT take this as a negative - he is kind, listening and compassionate. Just know that he moves quickly (which can definitely be a good thing)!

Dr. Connor was extremely fast but not rushed. He listened to my concerns, accurately diagnosed and treated immediately. This was my first time at this practice and plan to use Dr. Connor as my regular derm rather than my prior.

As soon as I checked in, without any prior mentioning of their “first time fee” of $300, the front desk staff dropped the news of the fee even though it was clearly not my first visit. She mentioned that it was considered “the first time visit” because my last visit to the office was in 2022?? No clear print on this policy and the whole thing was very rudely handled by the staff. Doctor was not able to perform the removal of the splinter, and just prescribed antibiotics. Overall, waste of time.. meanwhile the splinter is still in my finger
