The nurse did a decent job with the care I needed. However, she was lacking in terms of companionship and empathy. When I expressed concern about an issue, she dismissed it, saying, "I can barely see it; it's nothing." Later, as I was leaving, I overheard her telling the other staff, 'It was such a small issue; the patient didn’t need to come in.'
The provider listened to my issues. Reviewed and diagnosed the problem with a solution. She was very knowledgeable and friendly as she explained to me what she can do to help remedy it. The whole staff was very friendly and knowledgeable as well. I want to thank them all very much.

In this day and age I was surprised how quickly I got an appointment. There was no waiting I was seen when my appointment was scheduled. The staff was very professional and the atmosphere was friendly and modern. I would highly recommend This provider I wish my general practitioners office was as smoothly run. Chile Pusey was very professional and clearly knew her business and clearly communicated what she was doing and what was found. Anyone who has waited on a "phone tree" for long time to make an appointment only to show up on time and wait long periods will be pleasantly surprised at the smoothly run operation.
