After fifteen years of practice in California, Dr. Cindy Li has decided to return to the East Coast and has joined Schweiger Dermatology Group. Dr. Li received her bachelor's degree from New York University and went on to earn her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine, where she served as President and Co-founder of the National Student Dermatology Association. She completed a transitional internship at Saint Barnabas Medical Center before completing residencies in both internal medicine and dermatology at Saint Barnabas Medical Center, where she served as Chief Resident for both programs. Dr. Li was fellowship-trained in cosmetic surgery at UCLA Medical Center. She has authored landmark laser papers and has received awards for her work.
Dr. Li specializes in many cosmetic procedures, including traditional treatments like Botox; dermal fillers such as Juvéderm and Voluma; and lasers for concerns including hair removal, tattoo removal, scars, sun spots, and facial blood vessels. She also specializes in skin tightening, microneedling, torn earlobe repair, chemical peels, fat transfer, and thread lifts. Her extensive cosmetic experience has helped her refine her approach to treating dermatological conditions. She currently serves as Chief of Dermatological Surgery at Saint Barnabas Hospital and teaches at Mount Sinai School of Medicine.
With her background in internal medicine, Dr. Li also has expertise in weight loss management and aims to help patients achieve their goals using compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide.
