Went to Zocdoc gave my information, they led me to doctors in my area, very plain directions, . Found my doctor I wanted and chose my appointment date and time, and that’s it!! Easy seamless experience. Doctor staff kept in touch with me, offering different earlier dates available if I wished to change my appointment. Extremely happy with all of it.

I was impressed by the nurse and the doctor. They were very nice. The doctor explained several things to me. Once I was in the exam room, everything went quickly and smoothly. I appreciate the fact that I was able to get an appointment and see a dermatologist within a couple of weeks time.
The waiting room is quite a different story. The reception area is way too close to the waiting room. The waiting room is packed at several times during the day. I happened to be there when it was packed. The chairs are way too close together. 95% of the chairs are in rows all facing front like we’re in a theater. People who enter the office have walk in front of everyone. My waiting time was an hour after my appointment time. I wasn’t crazy about that.

Dr. Fenkl is a breath of fresh air. My prior Dr. was good, but Dr. Fenkl is tremendous. Very knowledgable and knew as much about my melanoma as my current cancer Dr.
As busy as he was he still took as much time as needed to answer all of my questions and did not rush me.

The wait was not too long but still more than it should be when everything is according to schedule. It is really cold inside, which is not good for a dermatology visit when you have to undress and wait for the doctor in a cold office. The doctor was nice and attentive, but didn’t seem to have straightforward answers to my questions. The printout they gave me after the visit of supposedly what was covered during the visit seemed very generic and did not contain the things that we actually discussed.
