About Dr. David Friedman

David B. Friedman, MD, is a board-certified dermatologist practicing in Anaheim, CA since 1990. Dr. Friedman earned his undergraduate degree in cellular molecular biology at the University of Michigan, and his medical degree at the University of California, Irvine. He completed his internship at the VA Long Beach Medical Center, and his residency at Wayne State University, Michigan. Dr. Friedman also did a fellowship in dermatology research at Vanderbilt University. Dr. Friedman has been providing general dermatology, phototherapy, dermatologic surgery, and Mohs surgery in Anaheim since 1990 when he took over from his father, Arthur S. Friedman, MD, who established the practice in 1964. Dr. Friedman is a member of the American Academy of Dermatology, the California Dermatologic Society and the Orange County Medical Association. He is on the medical staff of Anaheim Regional Medical Center, since 1992. In his free time, Dr. Friedman is an avid cyclist, windsurfer and snowboarder.

I've been seeing Dr. David Friedman for over five years now, and I can honestly say I've never been disappointed. The entire staff is always welcoming and professional, making each visit as comfortable as possible. Dr. Friedman is consistently straightforward and honest, which I really appreciate.
