My experience was exceptional.
All the things you want in health care
My experience started with a warm welcome by the staff followed by a short wait and the Dr. was attentive to my needs. She focused on the care that I required. I found Lizzett Strauss, PA-C and staff to be informative, she explained what the cause and required care for my condition. Clear direction was given on the approach and remedy. I was pleasantly surprised with my visit and make a strong recommendation to someone who is in need of a dermatologist.

I waited about 30 minutes to be seen, and when I was, the appointment lasted less than 10 minutes for an annual exam. The provider was rushed and seemed agitated by my asking questions. She also seemed to be confused by the questions I asked, which seemed pretty standard to me. I was simply asking about possible treatment options for a skin issue. Even worse, within seconds, she decided I needed a biopsy and performed one without me fully understanding what was happening. I barely had time to consent. I work in healthcare as a provider, and this was one of the worst experiences I've had in the field. I am writing this review to caution others. I can't imagine if I had a serious skin condition that needed more attention. I don't believe I would have received it, which would be extremely concerning. I left feeling shocked, invalidated, confused and frustrated. Truly, a terrible office visit. After learning the results of my biopsy, I don't plan on returning.

Provider came up as pediatric dermatologist on the ZocDoc search. Needed a concerning spot on my sons face looked at. When we arrived I was told that the doctor does not see children and they would ask her if she could see my son. The doctor refused to accommodate even though we had a time slot booked. Very unethical establishment . A complete waste of my time. And the bizarre receptionist making me prove to her that the provider shows up as pediatric was also very unprofessional. A formal complaint will be sent to Schweiger Dermatology’s corporate offices.

This was my first time being to this doctor, the office was clean staff was friendly, I had paperwork to do on tablet so that is why my wait to be seen only got 4 stars. Once in room the doctor came in quickly, was very through answered all questions and concerns.
