About Ilyse Febbraro
Ilyse Febbraro, MSN, FNP-C, is a board-certified family nurse practitioner specializing in allergy, asthma, and immunology. She provides compassionate, patient-centered care for both children and adults, with a focus on education, prevention, and long-term disease management.
Ilyse earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Stony Brook University, graduating summa cum laude. She began her nursing career at Stony Brook University Hospital, where she spent more than five years caring for patients on high-acuity medicine-telemetry and respiratory care units, including patients requiring chronic ventilator support.
While working as a registered nurse, Ilyse continued her education and earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Stony Brook University through the Family Nurse Practitioner Program. During her advanced training, she completed a clinical rotation in an allergy practice, where she discovered her passion for the specialty. Since 2017, she has practiced as a nurse practitioner dedicated to the care of patients with allergic and immunologic conditions.
