Very helpful front end staff. Handled a call with my insurance on a speaker phone call. Rescheduling for the actual surgery at a later date based on the consultation. :-)

The dermatology office was bigger than I thought. The paperwork didn’t take much time even though I was a new patient. The nurse and the physician assistant listened to my symptoms thoroughly and then suggested the meds. They also asked me to come back for a follow up after 3 weeks and made an appointment that was available.

I think this a great place if you are looking for cosmetic treatments, but that's it. I had a serious concern about my health, and the provider didn't even asked me the basic questions when she already had a “diagnosis”.

A wonderful surprise was that I thought I was only there for a consultation, but my moles were removed immediately and I was told I would have biopsy results in 2 weeks.
