She never examined me just explained how my choices and my age affected me negatively, then offered a medication I’d have to take forever with out asking about history. There was no physical exam to determine if the medication was the best way. Just here take this medication

The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful, The LPN (Natalie) was very friendly and seemed to listen well. Then the NP Jennifer came in - did not greet us in anyway, dismissed my concern over one of the issues I was coming in for and told me I need to have a surgeon take care of the other problem. I tried to engage her in a discussion - she was much more interested in filling out the electronic record even though the LPN was taking care of it. As she left the room, she stated that I should have a full body skin check and could make an appointment to do that…. Not a good interaction and I will not return.

Jen Chamberlain is a fantastic Nurse Practitioner. She is comforting, honest, patient, and extremely kind. She has shown me the most care and has been the most helpful and efficient provider I have seen in over a year for my dermatological problem. I have a deep respect for her and all the staff members and nurses at Schweitzer West End. They were even running behind in the office on the day of my appointment, and still took the time to give me thorough care. I have no complaints.
