My overall experience at the office was pleasant and efficient. The front desk was friendly and organized. The waiting room and exam room felt very clean. The doctor was friendly but the visit felt very rushed. She seemed almost out of breath upon entering the exam room and had an anxious vibe of needing to get to the next patient. Overall my primary concerns were addressed but I felt like asking further questions was taking up too much of her time despite the appointment only lasting 2 minutes total. Maybe she was super overbooked that day or had patients to see with more serious conditions or procedures. Either way, maintaining a calm and available presence is important for patients to feel comfortable and cared for especially in this country’s healthcare system.

There is no way to contact the front desk — they don't accept phone calls. Parking at this location is extremely difficult and can easily take 30+ minutes. Despite this, they enforce a strict 15-minute grace period and will charge a high no-show fee and refuse to see you if you're late. So you can show up, struggle to park through no fault of your own, have no way to call ahead, and still be turned away and charged. I would not recommend this office.

I wouldn’t go back. Providers at this facility don’t really listen to you, they just prescribe medication and if it doesn’t work, they don’t care. They don’t even try to find the root cause.

I went with my husband to his first appointment with Jessica, and we both left very impressed. She’s incredibly thorough, attentive, and takes the time to truly understand her patients. Before my husband could even ask his questions, she was already addressing them, she doesn’t miss a thing. You can tell she genuinely cares and knows her work inside out.
